Lost & Found
If you accidentally left something in a PickmeApp vehicle, there are two ways to get in touch with your driver:
Using the Lyft app
Navigate to the "My trips" section in the PickmeApp app, locate the ride, and tap "Contact driver".
Using your email receipt
At the bottom of the email receipt, there's a link to report a missing item.
We will need a few details about the missing item as well as a phone number where you can be reached.
Once you've submitted these details, a text message will be sent informing the driver that an item may have been lost during the ride.
Whether you report your lost item through the app or the receipt, drivers will attempt to contact you directly using the phone number provided. From there, feel free to make arrangements to meet and retrieve the lost item. However, if you're unable to meet with them, the driver will contact Support to have the item shipped directly to you!
What if I don't have a receipt or I can't locate the ride in my app?
Not to worry! If you don't have access to your ride receipt or details, simply Contact Us and our Support team will promptly address the issue. Please include the following:
- Your name and phone number
- Driver name or time and date of ride
- Decription of the lost item
- Permission to pass along your contact info
